Every time I come in, the service is amazing. Everyone is incredibly kind and always very happy and in a great mood. Super sweet, playful and patient with my 2 kids too. We have a kiddo with a dairy allergy and the employees are very understanding and more than willing to help her out and let her try their dairy free options so she can choose something she likes.

I had a taste for some ice cream and stopped in, now usually everyone is nice and helpful. However, when I walked in the other day, the assistant manager Eryn was working. She had great energy and great service (more importantly, you could tell this who she naturally is). It felt like more than ice cream. It was more like an experience. That's what customer service is all about!! It was so refreshing and the ice cream, of course, was good too! My family and I go there occasionally, but when we do.... I hope Eryn's working. They're going to really like her service and personality!!!

Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff handled orders quickly even with multiple options to choose from. The menu boards are easy to read, and the overall layout makes the place feel welcoming rather than crowded. Plenty of seating inside, and everything looked fresh and well maintained. My family goes every few weeks because the kids just love having 31 flavors to pick from. Since we usually go in the evenings we often run into Emmi and Carrie to serve us. They do such a great job and are so pleasant to work with! There is a third team member, whose name I can't remember, but my 5 and 9 year old are always talking about how he "hooks them up" with the ice cream!
